另外一部分W生属于各学科成绩均不理想，是班级里的“后进生”，我们将其称之为――“全科学困生”：这类学生都存在自卑心理，这种自卑心理源于他们成绩的不理想，他们感觉自己不受老师重视，或是受到成绩好的同学的排挤，有的甚至认为成绩差使他们抬不起头。这类学生虽然渴望学好，可由于自信心的缺失，他们常常感觉到自己能力不足，产生“我可能不是学习的料”的消极思想。
二、矫正高三语文学困生不良心理，是提高他们语文成绩的保证
要想提高三语文教学质量，就要找到每个学困生的语文薄弱因素，对症下药，才能提高学生的语文整体水平。因此，能否做好“高三语文学困生”的转化工作是衡量高三语文教师教学成败的一个重要标志。
1.寻找需求点，消除“语文学困生”的不良心理
针对有功利心理、厌学心理，或是对语文学习缺乏兴趣的学生，语文教师应倾听他们的心声，积极寻找他们的需求点：对于学优生中的语文学困生，应该让他们认识到各科全面发展的重要性，从而激发他们的语文学习动力。对于全科学困生，在各科成绩均不理想的情况下，应该让他们明白，语文是我们的母语，只要你会说话，你就能学会，只要愿意投入时间，语文成绩要想在短期内提高一个层次还是比较容易实现的。
2.抓住闪光点，培养“语文学困生”的意志品质
教师要善于发现这些学困生身上的“闪光点”，给予明确肯定、扶植，使之发扬光大。无论哪类“学困生”，意志薄弱是他们的共同特点。语文教师要善于培养“学困生”的坚强意志，捕捉他们身上的闪光点，使他们感受到进步的喜悦。一旦学生真正地相信自己有学好功课可能的时候，就会创造出奇迹。
3.凸显魅力点，增强对“语文学困生”的感染力
学困生长期生活在受人歧视和嫌弃的阴影里，他们得不到应有的尊重和关心，久而久之，就与同学和老师在心理上产生对立情绪。针对这种情况，教师要用自己的热情去打动他们、感染他们，努力为学困生创造一种民主、平等、宽松、和谐的精神氛围，满足他们的正当需要。同时，语文教师要借助课堂凸显自身的魅力，凭借扎实的专业知识、精湛的教学技能，将语文课上得精彩，让学生喜欢语文，并为之努力，燃起对语文学习的热情。
三、找准高三语文学困生的教学突破口，是提升他们高考成绩的关键
