一、执行企业思想政治工作专业职务工资的人员范围是：我市全民所有制企业中经过规定的评审程序，取得企业思想政治工作专业职务任职资格，被有任命权的单位（部门）按干部管理权限聘任为企业思想政治工作专业职务的人员。企业化管理的事业单位中的政工人员不列入本范围。
二、执行企业思想政治工作专业职务工资的具体办法是：
1.企业在核定的比例限额内聘任各档次的思想政治工作专业职务人员档案工资按工程技术人员系列的同级档案工资标准执行。即聘任为高级政工师，现档案工资低于企业干部工资标准九级以下的，可按九级工资标准（118元，122元，125元）执行；聘任为政工师，现档案工资低于十级副的，可按十级副的工资标准（98元，101元，104元）执行；聘任为助理政工师，现档案工资低于企业干部工资标准的十三级以下的，可按十三级工资标准（69元，70元，72元）执行；聘任为政工员，现档案工资低于企业干部工资标准十四级副的，可按十四级副工资标准（54元，55元，56元）执行。（以上各级工资标准均不含提高粮油统销价后增加的6元）执行起始时间为1990年4月1日，从1991年5月1日起可按市劳动局京劳资发字（1991）114号文件规定的相应档案工资标准进行调整。

4.尚未实行工资总额同效益挂钩和成本列支工资总额包干办法的企业，聘任政工专业职务所需的增资额由市劳动局核定下达，作为专项资金计入成本。
5.企业思想政治工作专业职务评定工作经有关部门验收合格的单位，方可按上述办法执行企业思想政治工作专业职务工资。
