昨天下午，清华大学长三角研究院的教授莅临学校，给学生们做了《知恩-感恩-报恩》的励志演讲，针对学生的现状，段老师首先给学生们讲了三点：
第一，选择成功的方式学习！（略）
第二，学会换位思考！目前很多学生思想叛逆，不能理解老师的好意！他举了一个例子：香港现任行政长官曾荫权在中学时代英语很差，有一次他英语考了班里倒数第一名，老师发试卷的时候在他试卷上吐了几口吐沫，然后扔在地上踩了几脚！他只是捡起试卷擦干净，放在老师面前，之后曾荫权的英语莫名的好了起来，高考的时候已经是全校的第二名了！曾当上执政长官后，曾在一次演讲中这样讲到：我的一生需要感激的人有很多，有一个是一定不能忘记的：就是我中学时代的那位英语老师！
（现在的学生大多不能理解老师的那种“恨铁不成钢”的心理，所以也容易“一厥不振”，“破罐子破摔”。）
第三，学会合理管理时间！老师当场做了一个调查，有定过学习计划的人大概有95%，但真正能够实行的却寥寥无几，问题主要出在意志不坚定，借口太多！他举了一个例子，他曾经采访一个北京大学高考女状元，问她成功的秘诀是什么，她的回答是：每周看一场电影！当时他非常惊讶，后来听到解释才明白过来，原来女孩很喜欢看电影，到了高三基本就没时间了，所以她给自己定了学习计划，如果一周的计划能够完成，她就奖励自己一场电影！
（人有时是该选择一些东西作为自己的动力，作为老师和家长，给孩子适当的奖励（不能太奢侈）如果可以达到预定的目的，何乐而不为呢？我记得有一届毕业班，一个成绩不好的男孩对我说：老师，我下次一定考及格，不过你得答应我一个要求：给我一张大头贴留作纪念，现在想想：好可爱的孩子啊！呵呵！~）
伴随着美妙的音乐，老师深情的讲起了感恩：首先我们要感谢的是父母：懂得去孝敬父母，因为他们不仅赐予我们生命，更把我们养育成人，感激父母是最起码的要求，是做人的道德底线，如果一个人连自己的父母都不爱，又怎么可能爱同学、爱社会。其次是感谢老师：懂得去尊敬师长，因为老师不仅赐予了知识，更是教会了学生如何做人。正是老师们春风化雨式的教育解开了学生成长路上的心结。教师职业需要付出太多的爱心，这份工作不是能用金钱来衡量的，选择教师职业就是选择了奉献！谁的记忆里会没有老师呢？再次，感谢关心、帮助过我们的同学和他人，因为他们不仅在我们的人生旅途中陪伴着自己度过了十多个春夏秋冬，更与我们在生活和学习中相互鼓励、相互支持、相互安慰、在交流中获得欢乐和充实。
俗话说：“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”、“滴水之恩，当以涌泉相报”。知恩图报是中华民族的传统美德。我们是有责任把“感恩”这个传统美德传递下去。让我们把“感恩之心”化为“感恩之行”吧——
