一、综合科（各村居配合）

3、结合城市公共文明指数测评，重点提高城市公共环境、公共秩序、人际交往、公益行动等方面公共文明水平，同时做好未成年思想道德建设特别是净化社会文化环境、“迎国庆讲文明树新风”活动、道德模范评选表彰和学习宣传、社会志愿服务、“我们的节日”主题活动，以及创建工作体制机制建设等中央文明委今年部署的重点工作；
4、在全区各服务中心（大厅）和窗口行业广泛开展“讲文明礼仪、做文明使者”活动，积极展示单位良好形象。
二、社会事业科（各村居配合）

三、建设管理科（各村居配合）
1、实施城乡绿化美化和清洁工作，广泛开展爱国卫生活动，重点治理背街小巷、社区楼院、公共场所、城乡结合部等部位的环境卫生，着力改变乱扔垃圾、乱搭乱建、乱贴乱画等现象；
2、继续推进“清洁家园、绿化乡村活动”活动，促进现有的农村卫生环境状况明显改善、村容村貌明显改观、人居质量明显提高；
3、继续深化“规范交通秩序、推进交通文明”活动，着力解决交通秩序方面存在的机动车抢行、自行车占道骑行、行人乱穿马路、车辆乱停乱放等突出问题；继续开展认领认管示范路动；
4、以公共场所为重点，对社会治安、公共秩序等方面的突出问题进行专项整治；
